Via Colin Slater on stack-club Slack channel (8 Feb 2019, 12:50PM CDT):

"Not sure if this information got posted here, but to double check: the domain name lsst-lspdev.ncsa.illinois.edu is deprecated and is replaced by lsst-lsp-stable.ncsa.illinois.edu"

The old domain name is referenced in the Getting Started "Cheat Sheet" and needs to be updated.

It was a very small update, and Greg OK'ed the merge. I will declare the issue "closed".
