New notebook that gets the truth locations for the Twinkles objects and uses the Twinkles data to generate a light curve for one of these objects.

Unfortunately I don't have time to try to generate a truth light curve since it will require going back and using an old version of Twinkles that may or may not work without some hacking, but if it's helpful I can leave a note designating it as future work.
