libusb: Use single process for building due to Makefile bug #18

I had troubles building this, and switching to single-process resolved the issue.

I don't know why this happened on my computer though, and not on yours.

Thanks for the fix, but please check the commit bbac30698889c6b7757a6a7d62aacdf2b6a04f30. What you propose will not work if the user has the environment variable MAKEFLAGS set (like I do).
