Migrate away from deprecated authentication headers #34

According to https://gist.github.com/nielsvanvelzen/ea047d9028f676185832e51ffaf12a6f, the x-emby-token authorization pieces are deprecated.

This issue is being opened to track the migration to the Token auth header.

This has been completed. All instances of "x-emby-*" have been removed.
