More Sound issues ! #33

Hi

The SFX Sound dosn't work , when the Music Volume is turn down. And all Sounds are not right in compare to the Original with your SDL2 dlls , it dosn't work either with the latest Version , just with older Version , is the Sound right.

i did test with Win8.1
