Check coordinates of bud burst data #17

Ensure that the bounding box in the EML contains the minimum and maximum tree-level coordinates, rather than the min and max site-level coordinates.

Fixed in https://github.com/LTER-LIFE/FDFDT/commit/f531b21f49ab208dcff206e668a879bfb97ee40f, but may be changed later when we make the EML more data-informed.
