While working with different ontologies, the following questions/problems arose:
Can definitions of subject specific ontologies also be used for other disciplines/in different contexts (e.g., use a term of a biomedical ontology for a plant)?
Which ontology to choose if they provide different definitions of the same term?
Does it matter how many different ontologies we refer to within one dataset?
