Sort command by skills shows internships with no skills at the top of the list #4

Expected: The only internship with a skill included should probably be at the top, since that's what the user would be looking for

Actual: All internships with no skills added have priority over those with skills added, does not really fit well with what most users would be looking for, considering they are trying to see their internship skills when they are using this sort command
