[REQ] Support of medians by aggregateAcrossCells() #1

Dear Aaron, As mention mentioned on Slack, it'd be great if scuttle's aggregation function(s) supported using medians for aggregation (besides sum & mean). This would be useful in CyTOF data, where pseudobulks are typically computed as medians of expression. Thanks.
