Implementation of multilingual application #5

Make it possible for the application to be multilingual.

This project is largely obsolete and it is unlikely that new features will be added. But if anyone wants to design a multilingual application I am of course happy to support it where possible.

Also consider ImDisk Toolkit instead, it already provides a user interface that has been translated to several different languages.
