Not all ROI and ROI_vs copied to output folder #1

As all the ROI and ROI_vs have the same name they are duplicated during the sinking phase. Solution: add a renamer function when sinking.

Done. ROI and ROI_vs are named according to the state when they are produced (parcellation stage).
