cmp silently fails if project folder doesn't exist. #13

cmp simply closes the dialog for selecting a project and doesn't do anything. An error message that offers to create the dialog (or cancel and change the path again) would be nice.

Is this issue still happening with the last version (v2.1.0-beta) ?
