remove Lena image and interpolation lab1 #1

I think you should remove the Lena image from your tutorial, this photo is no longer a standard in image processing for a long time for what it represents, which has never been relevant in this field. (especially since Lenna asked that her photo no longer be used). Idea to upgrade visualization: add interpolation='none' to better see the edges in lab1.
