Create logging system for debugging purposes

Need to create a logging system to be used by devs and those who need to figure out what the engine is doing.

• [x] setup logs for debugging (go has some built in logging functionality)
• [x] log when servers are scored
• [x] log when errors are given
• [x] log all final results on failure
