Issue with step 2 of Contributing #71

This is the guide for dev to build Eclipse env, but there is an issue wit 2nd step:

Unpack Eclipse IDE files into projects:

Unpack {Eemory_Home}\com.prairie.eemory\res\eclipse-setup-files.zip into {Eemory_Home}

The eclipse-setup-files.zip contains a root folder, unpack will also include this root folder other than just export the eclipse files.

we should remove this root folder in .zip.
