Sample banks #233

Before I forget - ike there are instrument banks, there should be sample banks support, fot .sf2, .pvi, .pzi and other sample formats currently furnace can load them if you import raw data, the result is a one big sample bamboo tracker can import it, with separate sample being separate instrument (because it has per instrument samples), it can work painlessly in furnace bc samples are separate objects

As already said in Discord, I will try to find time in June/July to try to implement this.

Should there be a menu with checkboxes like it's done for instrument banks?

Mostly done in #254, although .sf2? I will try to find specs for it...
