Restructure json data #7

I noticed that adding the label and type to each marker was becoming repetitive, so I organized the data into two separate JSON files: itemData.json and coordinates.json. The itemData.json file contains the item's id, name, and type, while coordinates.json stores the coordinates and the corresponding item id. This structure should make future translations and manipulating data easier.
