• Operator admin cannot remove or replace a driver

Current Behaviour

• The admin of the operator dashboard cannot change, remove or replace the driver who is assigned to a trip on the operator dashboard.

Expected Behaviour

• the admin has permissions to change, remove and replace any driver at any given time (before the trip has started) on the operator dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce

• log into Eyona operator dashboard.
• click on the bookings tab
• click on a loop that is assigned
• remove the current driver
• recreated the trip
• replace with the preferred driver for the loop

Additional Information

• The image states that a driver or trip can only be deleted/replaced an hour before a trip
• When trying the 1 hour before. the same error pops up.

Kindly note that the issue is still occurring.

As per screen recording below, at 14:40pm, I tried to remove a driver from a 17:00pm trip and encountered the error saying "you can only delete a trip at least an hour before it starts", which is not accurate because at the time it was over an hour before the trip.
