Add a title Unable to genrate the commuters report from organization dashboard or command centre for a selected period Current Behaviour When I logged into the YOCO org dashboard, i tried to generate a commuters report from 1St Oct 2020 to 29th Aug 2024 it’s not giving me anything not even an error message. I have been waiting for more than 20mn. Expected Behaviour Commuters report should be generated Steps to Reproduce Log into the YOCO org dash Click on Reports Select Commuters report Select the date from 1st Oct 2021 to 29th Aug 2024 Click on generate button Observe Reproduction Link https://organizations.lulaloop.co.za/reports Additional Information

Any updates on this ?

After testing again, I am also unable to extract a report specifically from 2020 up to date.

However, I am able to extract a the report for one year at the time.

Please confirm if the API has limitions when it comes to the timeframe of the report. If not, then we're still experiencing the issue.

Please advise
