molecular diagnosis #4

Why does the models for diagnosis and molecular diagnosis differ so much? I'd consider a variant to be a measurement-value of a diagnosis attribute of a patient, similar to how I proposed the Diagnosis module above. The molecular diagnosis doesn't seem to use SIO at all...?

also, ncit:Molecular Diagnosis is an activity, not a thing.... so it cannot be used to describe a property of a patient...
