reference files not available #28

Hi,

I just tried to download the reference bundle but got an 404 error.

Thanks for the heads up, I've fixed the link to the reference file archive.

Please note that if you want to use the latest development version of HAMLET, you have to use the Snakefile in the utilities/deps folder of the HAMLET repository to generated the required reference files.
