Support for fastq and zipped fastq files for count module #3

Right now there is need to first convert fastq files to fasta files to make a kmer profile. It would be nice if kpal support this without first converting. Extensions that would be nice to support:

*.fastq
*.fastq.gz
*.fq
*.fq.gz
