Previously suggested by ciefstattenmrFunreal suggested the same effect can be accomplished for custom Scope materials using a Cubemap.
Cubemaps commonly show in reverse ( since they reflect ).
So by inverting the Surface Normals ( Flip Normals in Blender ), and using $NoCull, the same effect can be accomplished.
Name suggestion for the Parameter : $Scope
However that Name does not fit very well, if the application isn't a Scope.
Perhaps $InvertNormal or $InvertDirection?
