There were a few things that got accidentally removed from the main branch which now prevent the 8266 support from working.
This pull will fix the 8266 support.
It also adds a new firmware for 8266 that is dynamically configurable instead of the initial statically configured firmware. This dynamic firmware is not working yet, but is very close.
Currently there is now firmware ini file, so the firmware wizard isn't usable for the 8266 yet.
