What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Make file update to remove the -g debug switch for the Raspberry Pi and BBB libraries. Remove old liblinxdevice_rpi2.so files

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Reduce the library file size.

What testing has been done?

Tested by making the library files in the LINX chroot on a Raspberry Pi 4.
