Update chipKIT network libraries to DEIP #62

Wifi has been updated and Ethernet Network shield doesn't seem to work with DEIP so we updated the DNETCK firmware for the network shield to be more stable. No plans to update LIXN chipKIT Network Shield to DEIP at this time.
