QoL improvements #49

This issue will be updated with minor problems regarding user experience that should be eventually fixed.

slider keeping it's position when changing tabs
being able to use parse as on tabs other than All Packets
use hexadecimal notation for SSRC/CSRC (in some places decimal is still used)
show count of RTP and RTCP packets respectively in the bottom bar
include non TCP/UDP packets to keep indices/id consistent with Wireshark
not able to quickly change source (panics, when rapidly changing sources)
