Convert to Windows OS #236

Hi there! Is it possible to convert this to windows? If so can someone explain how? Thanks and sorry for this annoying issue thread.

You would have to reprogram some of the linux-specific stuff like grabbing the interface list and also the vmt indexes will be off by 1
