Hello, thank you for sharing your work. When I was running the code, I encountered the problem of missing files, as shown below： FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data_auxiliary/iu/dataset/knowledge_entity2embedding.npy' Hope to get your answer.

You should be able to obtain the files when running CheXpert，and then load the files to the directory data_auxiliary/iu/dataset/.
