Added button tooltips #12

I added title tooltips to certain buttons in the UI so that it's easier for new users to understand what the different buttons do.

As mentioned on Discord and on the other issue, we are not accepting incoming contributions right now. Tooltips (with animations and styling that matches the Lang design philosophy) are coming soon, as I agree it is a necessary feature to have. Thank you for your interest in Lang, but for now we ask that you just document the errors while development is still moving at a relatively fast pace in the background.
