Please add requirements.txt and the gpu specs #74

@LZQthePlane It would be highly useful if you could add the requirements.txt file needed to recreate the model. And could you also please let me know the gpu specs you are using because I am facing a few issues regarding my gpu memory.

I tried: tensorflow-gpu=1.13 opencv-python==3.4.2.17 keras==2.2.4 cuda version: 10.1 And it works.
