Add option to accept Descendants of associated Event Type #18

Since Polymorphism applies, it makes sense to provide the option to support Descendants of a Listener's associated Event Type.

Introduced in the BigRedux branch (full redevelopment of the Event Engine to resolve all outstanding issues and improve both performance AND behaviour)
