Refactor Delphi codebase to compile also on FreePascal 3.x and above! #23

This issue replaces #21 and #22.

FPC 3.x supports dotted namespaces, so it makes more sense to unify the Delphi codebase into a combined Pascal codebase.

This issue has been replaced by issues #39, #40, #41, #42 and #43 (to make the effort procedural and in-order)
