Event Engine - Investigate potential performance gains of organizing Event Listeners by their relevant Event Type of interest #70

This will be quite difficult to implement, given the new support for Polymorphism in the Event Engine... but there may be a significant performance gain in grouping Event Listeners together by the Event Type in which they are interested.

It is worth looking into this!
