Make as many Generic Collections Interfaced as possible! #90

It occurs to me that TLKList etc. could quite easily be made into Interfaced Types, enabling the implementing developer to exploit reference counting for them should they so desire.

It should be a fairly straight-forward improvement to make, so the "gains v. cost" scale tips in the direction of gains.

Superceded by the Generics Redux project, which will resolve this issue (amongst many others)
