Add extended ISO paper sizes A/B/C 7-10 #4

As much as it is possible to define arbitrary paper sizes, the ISO standards 7-10 may be useful to enough people to merit wiring them into the Geometry package. At least, I tried it when making a tiny document and came up short. Someone else had the same request a few years ago on StackExchange.

I suppose so, although A10 is pretty small:-) Apart from just completeness is there any actual use case?

Given the regular nature of the page sizes and the fact that there isn't really any font support for distinguishing font sizes in that range, it's hard to imagine a case where specifying a10paper makes a better result than specifying A4 and scaling by the appropriate amount.

Although as it's not a lot of code, might be worth adding anyway, I wonder if anyone else wants to comment?
