please add a cwl file for glossaries package #3

The cwl file for the glossaries package is missing.

Indeed, the TeXStudio project already provides it: https://sourceforge.net/p/texstudio/hg/ci/tip/tree/completion/glossaries.cwl

This was fixed with #9 if I'm not mistaken
