Update Bibliography command not present? #5

The docs describe an "Update Bibliography" command, but it's not present (ie: the command doesn't seem to exist).

I have LaTeXing 1.2.1 running in Sublime Text build 3059 in OSX 10.8.5

It looks like the this command is happening automatically - if I change an item in Zotero, sync and then build, I get a popup asking if I want to update the local bibliography.

I wonder if this behaviour is related to the setting: 

"update_remote_bibliography": true,

It'd be good to make a note in the docs to explain what's going on.

mmm I need to check that, but normally the command should work manually too…
