adding edit functionality to the site #43

Hey @LaTonia-Mertica, I commented out the add artifact function now replaced by image_upload_view for the gallery. Edit artifact now has an ID attached and can be edited, for now just the description and title are editable. After we go to upload a photo an edit button pops up, from there it takes us to the edit artifact page, and we can change the title and description. After clicking the submit button, we're taken to the gallery to view it. Now we can figure out how to implement the filters in the edit page. Also, after the photo is initially uploaded the form disappears leaving just the image. Hoping this doesn't create any conflicts bc I haven't pulled since going on this edit quest lol.

Hello Again @Jason-Doze - please after I approve this approve the one I submitted and leave it for me to resolve conflicts if any are flagged so i can manually merge the code ... thanks ...
