Had an issue where we couldn't save the image to gallery without applying some amount of any filter...added 'blank = True' to imgfilter under Artifact model to fix. Also removed a few unused pages and code like utils.py, js.html, cv2, PIL, numpy, and other outdated code. Changed a few code comments to match updates and changed the blue text on gallery cuz it was making me sickly. What do you think about hiding the created at info on gallery.html? That or making it appear more elegant...Holla!
