If you get an error when trying to upload that references "None" re: background or something about cached re: specific content trying to add then try the upload again using completely new content ... It happened to me (again) today during QA flows. Thankfully I thought to try another/different image which worked. Then when doing that for another image, it didn't like that I was trying to re-use the title and/or description. When I tried a whole new image, title, description, it worked. Also, for one image I re-downloaded it and named it different and that worked.
I don't think this'll be a user-side issue given they are not likely to upload the same content countless times. But something to be aware of ...
