write a script that whenever person records: while recording we can loop over sample look for drops/artifacts 2 thresholds:

• minimum levels (ie drops below)
• max range of samples below that level exceeded - 10?

no way to know in browser it's happening inform students

• that if os level stuff enabled
  • how to turn off

@JoshuaAHairston tested with a few mics on musiccpr and on https://mictests.com/ and found that issues that occur with recording on musiccpr.org do not happen on mictest
