fixed admin stuff user links for admin stuff

Not sure if this was the intention or not, but as a not logged in user if I click on the @admintest link, it redirects me to login.

Huh. That's not what happened to me. BTW I just pushed again to fix the navbar logout state changes because some of the props weren't being passed down properly. But even before I changed that, the link goes to users/1. However users/1 right now on this branch is not hooked up to the API yet.
