Added a tag filter to the main page. The searchbar still works for tags. I opted for checkboxes rather than buttons. If we don't like this I can change it to buttons.

that load time on all recipes is still the only issue. not a note for the PR, just took me forever to test.

i imagine its gonna be an issue for the entire app once we fully switch over to the onrender.com db
