Revisit project file tree structure #101

Differences between models and canonical computations are not clear and will be confusing to user. We need to discuss potential restructuring.

Possible solution: combine all into single folder?

Open to more suggestions.

Also, currently tabbing after plenoptic brings up all of synth, synthesize, simul, simulate. Want to make only of each pair show up. Probably involves adjusting __all__
