Create an initial iteration for Clinical Cases data entry to include Cases as a main section and other possibly relevant data entry sections that goes along with it.
Procedures, Blood Draws, and Clinical Observation data entry sections are getting created as part of Bulk Clinical Data Entry work, hence, not created in this PR but will get added as part of subsequent iteration(s).
Reporting that includes navigation link to the open cases is also not included in this PR, but will get added as part of subsequent iteration(s).
Still gathering client workflow requirements so, of course, any full workflow related updates are not part of this PR, but will be part of the follow-up work once we have some understanding of client's use-cases.
