update DCAF Core package with latest release notes and dependencies. #6

The release notes here: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Distributed-Control-Automation/DCAF-1-2-2-Release-Notes/gpm-p/3697404 should be in the DCAF Core package. The DCAF core package should be updated to have version 1.2.2
