Change some VIs to dynamic terminals to allow for extension of the engine. #26

Need to change the terminal of the following Vis.  set tag writer or reader.vi  filter tags available for mapping to channel.vi  get mapped channels.vi  get index of tag mapped to channel.vi  get channels mapped to tag.vi  add tag.vi  delete tag.vi  unset tag writer or reader.vi  remove missing channels.vi
