Test day #22

I want to set up a specific day to test out the sequencer / example, as well as the homing and position profile modes and all transitions of the state machine.

This requires completing #8 as well as #14

I have been testing quite a few things for the performance issue. I will be marking this as closed for now, and will begin working on Unit Tests unless I find something that is broken.
