Noticed that sending a Disable Voltage command seems to be moving the system from Op Enable to Ready To Switch On. Should be sending system to Switched On Disabled.

Noticed that the Disable Voltage case within the CommandToWord tool in the Word Manipulation library was passing the wrong value to the clear bit tool.
